Very interesting article! It’s going to be a long road for the airlines to recover. I believe it will be much different than it was before all this started. I think types of jets, narrow-body versus wide-body will be looked at more closely.

I think ALL the airlines world wide should be required to use the ultra Violet light set-up to sanitize the planes before boarding on each and every flight. J/S

Unfortunately, UV light kills interiors over time. Placing a few UV lights in the recirculated air would be a good idea.

Hell, it seemed like airlines were changing interiors regularly anyways, new acquisitions of used planes and such. I'm sure you're aware of the nasties who love to stick their dirty bare feet on everything and people changing babies on tray tables and all.

Annually at best... Flame-retardant crash-worthy certified interiors are costly. It's an expense likely to be skipped over for the foreseeable future.

On another subject, I found a Ford that I like! The new 1400hp E=Mach! lights up all 4 tires on command! Plugs into my solar panels.

Yeah, I agree But! They need to lose that ugly white 'Face Mask' grill, lmao. Al Gore will be at your place to award you a medal next week(and charge you for it(no pun intended)). :D < Even this is green!

Yeah, it's ugly, same as Gore, but inevitable. I pay $12/month for gas now. With an EV and solar panels, I won't pay anything for gas, excepting airplanes...

My architect thinks I'm weird or eccentric because of my design requirements. "That's more panels than you'll ever need". No, boy, I'm looking at the future. I can burn a lot of free electricity.

Yeah, rolling black outs in Cali are proving just how effective wind and solar are fillin the bill there.

Because they did it all half-a++ed. Taiwan got it right with wind power.

I intalled solar panels a few years ago and they produce more power than I use for 10 out of 12 months.
This does not prevent PG&E from telling me that they will cut off power due to excess demand and limited supply. It makes no sense to cut off customers who are supplying the grid at times when their demand is highest.
