...6 to 1 employee to managment average ratio. Seems top heavy to me. Some offices are as low as 3 to 1. Bet many minions love getting their high 3 for retirement!!

.........With the pilot bill of rights they will have to have solid evidence and provide it to you within a reasonable length of time.

They will have nothing and will settle........

The pilot (and mechanic) bill of rights affords the airmen the ability to get an appeal through a court and a jury.

All it costs is money. The FAA has also stopped litigating small violations and getting rid of a lot of their lawyers sitting in Washington.

Soon the Trump Administration will appoint a permanent Administrator and the fate of the FAA will be known!o_O

I believe FAA Flight standards will be closed down. What will take it's place is anyone's guess..........

...either a person who has the ear of the "top brass monkey" or the "big one" that shows ineptness of the Flight Standards and their failed oversight responsibilities.

The ATO is not too far behind. I expect a large controller shortage because of what Huessin Obama and former FAA Administrator Huerta did to the FAA with the flawed diversity training program.

The failed program cost the taxpayers millions of dollars and lost hundreds of qualified controller applicants because of politics ?

How could they risk the lives of the flying public that way?

... pretty simple. 1) a good safety record and haven't gotten congress riled up. 2) the lapes haven't hit the public with much force (ok, maybe Tucker Carlson got 15 minutes of recognition) 3) 54% of the "regulator" could retire at any time (just building their high 3).

By the time the hearings and finger pointing is donel, all the people who are responsible for the lapses will be gone. It's the biggest racket ever developed in a civilized country. By that time all will be forgotten with the election of a new crop of swamp creatures.

... we'll see how it goes. Doubt anything will happen once the Reauthorization is passed. The more things change, the more they stay the same. SAD!!!

A controller shortage is just around the corner. Already in my neck of the woods aircraft that are VFR are being told to fly around the Bravo Airspace.

Diversity training has already caused a shortage. Airlines will be cutting flights because controllers can not handle the the traffic.

Pushing the situation could cause a dangerous situation!

...the "biggly one" needs to ensure that qualified vets (like the ones who move military aircraft around the airspace) a job. There has to be diversity already in the military and college ranks.

There are systematic and myopic problems in the "regulator's'' upper management. They don't care as long as they get their high 3. ATO and AVS needs to be cleaned out down to a division level for their ineptness and empire building. The "good ol boys and girls club" needs to be disbanded. I was injured and disabled because of empire building!!!

You think Obozo and his minions care? Ha! All they care about is being back in power. This is why Obozo set up shop 6 buildings down from the W.H. Notice the media only reports of him "enjoying retirement" when he goes on a pedo tour somewhere in the S. Pacific or the Caribbean. They don't want you to know what kind of backhanded BS he's tryin to pull off this time. This year's mid terms are 2016 all over again. Get ready!
