Well. One of Canada's older Fifty dollar bill designs(my favorite) used to have the Mounties in a circle on it's back and people jokingly called it a 'Newfie Firing Squad', but now that former PM (communist) Pierre Trudeau's son Justin, a dance instructor and substitute Drama teacher, is now the Prime Minister and Obozo's white half, people(including Newfies) are calling for that Fifty dollar bill to be brought back with him in the center and the Mounties with M-1 Garands pointed forward. He's anti aircraft (except any ones he gallivants all over the world in) and started charging Canadians a carbon tax on everything he can, just for breathing some of the cleanest air on the planet, to fund the UN and the NWO Globalist agenda(except China, India, and Russia). He even bumbled and contracted in buying the wrong A/C for Arctic rescue and for Arctic infrastructure management. Laughing stock and idiot extraordinaire. Never held a job in his life and I actual believe his real father was Fidel Castro(Maggie thought she had an open marriage, not sure Pierre was aware of that). Another hoax put on the people, like Obozo and 'Michael' was/is. :mad:o_O

How about this justification from this consulting group of former agency management personnel....

I guess there will just have to be another crash to prove that the philosophy is flawed. They blamed the field for doing their job. Typical corrupt managers.

... wonder if Nicky boy called or met up with Johnny and back channelled an enforcement deal? Collusion or coincidence that the enforcement was kicked back and downgraded?

It's time to "Drain the Swamp" down to the division manager level and start over.

... it amazes me the hypocrisy from above. It's sad that the aviation consultants of today, were the same ones of yesterday that were accused of "heavy handed" enforcement practices.

Notice the author's Bio. Hypocrisy at it's best!

I guess there are some new burocratic "buzzwords" that standards are using, too. Interdependence, critical-thinking and consistency. Gone are the days of "enforcement decision tool" and "enforcement decision process".

We always had the ability to evaluate the enforcement continuum. I guess the empire building management wanted to build a legacy for inviting a new "kinder, gentler" agency. Nevermind the poor paying passengers and taxpayers when the next big one crashes.

It's because Allegiant's 'grease guns' are more up to date than United's is why.

I'm sure the 'grease guns' will be used on the passengers family when they ball one up too. I can't wait for the swamp rats to scurry for a hiding place when the wreck happens.

This reminds me of a case where the FSDO Manager at Farmingdale NY had it in for an inspector that resigned and violated him and two other pilots on false charges. It cost the agency 200K at least and was eventually over turned by the NTSB after costly litigation. The Manager was proven to be dishonest and was a rogue manager.

The "biggly one" can fix "that" if he truly wants to "drain the swamp". Otherwise, it will continue to be a "death sentence" for the whistleblowers. The taxpayers will continue to get fleeced and the corrupt, empire building management will continue to get away with it.
