    I really don't see this happening because it would need a charter certificate. If they pass it there will be a lot of problems and the accident rate will rise!!

    I'm sure President Trump may have had the original idea 'amended in form' after a thorough examination of any inherent probs that have been brought up and heavily contested previously. He's the last guy to stifle business taking every angle into account. ;)

    ...they already do it now with 91K. How many times has a flight training flight gone from point to point while a business trip is done? It takes a really big complaint before the "regulator" does anything about it. If it does happen to make it into the "rule book", the accident rate will determine how long it stays on the books!
