    If I remember rightly, there was a fella runnin safety/training seminars all over the country until the FAA pulled the rug out. Can't remember the specific corruption that caused it though.

    ... even though there are a lot of errors in the report, the "regulator" still doesn't understand how to fix the accident rate! SAD!!

    Yes...it' a big deal here...went on the air News12....about this...they own Newsday.

    The FAA safety program does nothing to prevent accidents...we know it, they know...and the public is in the dark

    ...yet, they spend millions a year on programs that don't work, thinking that no one will notice. I'm sure when management gets their high 3 in 2019, we will see retirements at the top. The "biggly one" needs to say "you're fired" before then because of gross mismanagement of taxpayers money!!
