    I was going to post that to Rich's post about separation but didn't get around to it.
    I would have landed too. Same as a displaced threshold.
    Matter of fact, I have done that, more than once.
    I landed over a cow once. Told the Airport Commandant about the cow.
    He loaded soldiers into a truck and drove out to the cow.
    The soldiers unloaded full clips to make hamburger, laced with lead.
    Cows are valuable commodities to local farmers.
    Never saw a cow on the runway after that.
