No different than any other country.
Let the natives have their cake.
There are plenty of other contracts for ex-pats.

But if it goes all domestic Indian pilots, the Indian based airlines might be less safer as the caste system there allows for the upper caste only and from what has been previously discussed in here was an aviation magazine article/study that said these people have a sense of entitlement that bumps heads with the CRM similar to S. Korea but a different culture as well again. The 'don't tell me what to do' attitude might bump heads. That's not the kind of attitude that lasts too long in the air.
Yes there's tons of jobs/contracts for pilots these days. Are they as lucrative? Only a pilot with their experience would know.

There are good and bad but mostly average in any group of humans.
Jet Airways has about 100 ex-pat pilots. Going all native wouldn't change much.
It may well take a few crashes to change their safety culture, but so be it... (They'll be reincarnated anyway ;)).

Obozo tried to give them the rights to build their own U.S. fighters just before leaving office too. Trump put the kibosh on that just like Rafael did with their fighters that was a bone of contention between France and India for 2 yrs. Giving away technological secrets to a country that is easily infiltrated by our foes is not a good idea for the U.S. as well. Obozo is hiding out in French Polynesia after being in Scotland and the Caribbean. Anyone wonder why he won't return to the U.S right about now?;)

I'm wondering how he can afford such luxury in retirement....
(IOWs... How did his net worth increase 10 fold over 8 years on a President's salary?)

Exactly! I'm sure Congress might want to know that very fact as well. Gotta remember, all this enrichment happened when they were all SURE that Hillary was guaranteed/expected to win and therefore no explanation would be needed. Guess what!!!!? Hehe. ;).........."No good politician ever got rich while being in office" ~ Harry Truman.

No one in Congress wants to bring it up for obvious reasons. I believe President Truman said "No honest politicians" of which there are very few on either side of Congress.
