Yes FAA Security interviewed me back in 2005. I met the security agent Yvette Ellison at Republic Airport and gave a written statement about the FAA Office Manager Richard B. Martin and my wrongful termination from Federal Service.

Do I have to say that nothing was ever done about my accusations? Do I have to say that the FAA illegally harassed my employers for giving me a job?lastly do I have to say that FAA covered up everything?

The FAA Security statement is a legal document. I have the evidence to prove the accusations in the statement. It has taken me years to accumulate these documents.

FAA STATEMENT BY RICHARD WYEROSKI (IOP-1)

Please note that you need to be logged in to read attached files on AIRNATION. An e-mail address and a name (any name) will log you in.

Richard Martin was later found guilty of viewing pornography on government time and removed as manager from THE FARMINGDALE FSDO IN 2006 (IOP-2)

FAA routinely uses inspectors to make false statements and lie under oath in office investigations and court proceedings to get dishonest and illegal convictions against FAA Employees.

These inspectors are often given promotions, advancements and special treatment for doing what they are told.....!

FAA DIPAOLO and GILLISEN giving false statements against Richard Wyeroski to please management.(IOP-3)

FAA Neil Gillissen gives erroneous and false statements under oath to confuse the MSPB Judge Barry Booker.
Gillissen later ran into me by chance at a diner in Brookhaven Airport and apologized to my face that...."they made me do it"......
    (IOP-4)

FAA spends literally MILLIONS of dollars a year on false cases against their employees that FAA wants removed from Federal Service for personnel reasons and agendaso_O

FAA Eastern Region Management has lied and committed "Fraud Upon the Court. (IOP-5)

FAA Attorney Gotimer, FAA Associate Division Manager Dipaolo, FAA specialist Neil Gillissen and FAA Division Manager Larry Fields must be held accountable for these actions.

More to come my friends on how FAA management treats their employees........

    Thanks

PS all.....don't forget sign in to AIRNATION and read these documents. They will open your eyes to how the FAA wastes MILLIONS on investigations to cover up fraud waste and abuse as well as criminal activity.

Administrator Huerta is saying `FAA is short of money. FAA can not get the job done because they need more money.....MORE MONEY!!!

FAA Administrator Huerta would have millions left over if he put a stop to bogus Administrative actions against his own employees........MILLIONS

I have first hand knowledge about this corruption and so does my colleagues, Ed, Gabe Kim and Glenn and many more that have been removed from federal service illegally........

    Thank you again

FAA CORRUPTION AT ITS VERY BEST

There has been a continuing truly remarkable behavior by the FAA management and its cronys. The corrupt FAA employees will really stop at nothing to destroy anyone with a differing opinion. Someone with morals, ethics, a knowledge of the difference between right and wrong and not at all the last is that they cannot accept anyone who has the courage to speak truth to power, honor and honesty and ethical behavior ahead of promotion and perk. To some the disgusting behavior that is exhibited regularly by some within the FAA, from all levels of management down to the rank and file inspectors, cannot be condoned or covered up. It is at their own peril, the risk of professional and personal destruction, that some will stand up and fight for what is right. It is at this point that the FAA really goes to work. If you think they won't stop at anything to destroy a whistleblower you would be 100% accurate. It is like a hunt club, unleashing the hounds on an unsuspecting prey. Then when they outnumber, out spend, out lie an unsuspecting prey they take out the clubs and viciously beat him or her senseless. It happens over and over again. Management just wants to keep the sheeples in line so they sacrifice a whistleblower or two to make the point. Don't think about screwing with the corrupt leadership or you will suffer the same fate. No job, no certificates, no possibility of remaining in aviation. Then when they finish taking your profession they come after your personal reputation. These are some pretty sick examples of what it takes to get ahead within the "hallowed" ranks of the FAA. Make that the NTSB as well as they have some pretty week examples of honorable employees investigating these false charges. Never intend to find any anti-FAA evidence. Then even they get promoted or transferred.

We should start to name some employees who deserve a very close inspection of their careers. Rich has included a pretty thorough list from Farmingdale. How about Reno? Manager Becker or Supervisor (Calling them "Front Line Managers" is a farce and total joke) Jones, Attorney Tascano, Attorney Tsuda-Dawson . Then we can look at Birmingham, AL. Manager Silvertooth, Supervisor Blount, Inspector Schmidt, Inspector Fox and a couple of others who have managed to ride the coattails to pretty soft positions, AAE-1 Foushee, actually the entire AAE office needs to be evaluated. Attorneys Fuller and Stevenson of the Southern Region. Just might be a good place to start. Then we can follow up in Miami, Seattle, Jackson or Southern and Southwest Regions. All very fertile breeding grounds for corruption and retaliation. Oh and please lets not leave out the dynamic duo from Fargo.

I would be certainly willing to be a part of that investigative effort as would Rich and Glen and Kim and Mary and David and Gabe. The list goes on. But it is easier to cover it up than fix it. Would require stepping on too many toes. There go the perks! Or transfers to Nashville. What happened there Linda? Don't want to discuss that one? Don't blame you.

.....The comment is right on Ed. Bad FAA management must be exposed and routed out like a cancer. So....how corrupt is the FAA? As I said, MILLIONS a year are wasted on personnel vendettas against innocent FAA employees.

Mr Patrick Maney is a pure example. Mr Maney was a former NYPD Police lieutenant and former Farmingdale Manager Richard B. Martin's boss in the NYPD.

Maney was hired by the FAA and based in the Dallas FSDO. Eleven Months and two weeks after he was hired, Pat Maney was forced out of the FAA. His crime? He would not lie and cover-up corruption.

FAA SPENT OVER $150,000 DOLLARS TRAINING MR MANEY AND REMOVED HIM BECAUSE OF POLITICAL PRESSURE.

The attached documents were sent to the DOT/Inspector General. Very little was done and the harassment Patrick Maney received was covered up. A little known fact is the FAA actually investigates itself, YES THEY INVESTIGATE THEMSELVES.... and tell the Inspector General that they have done nothing wrong. The DOT/Inspector General can "only" suggest to the FAA a right course of action. If the FAA chooses it can disregard any suggestion from the DOT....Now this is lame justice. This is a joke and the FAA is corrupt because they can not be held accountable, except by Congress!!!!!

Please read the attached letters from Mr Maney and the weak bad faith investigation by the DOTo_O

    Thanks

Richard... I experienced similar "handling" back in 1981 (air traffic controller falsely fired by the FAA), 1993 (age discrimination), and in 2002 (medical disability discrimination). The bottom line is the FAA has extremely deep pockets and can afford to discriminate against it's employees and proposed employees. How can I - as an individual - fight against the FAA who is prepared to spend millions of dollars. If I ever get justice against the FAA for their discrimination, I will be surprised.

Yes the FAA has deep pockets and they have spent MILLIONS upon MILLIONS on bogus enforcement cases against their own employees.

This of course is a tremendous waste of taxpayer dollars. I know of case after case that FAA proceeded illegally and violated that employee's civil rights.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel however. FAA must account for their actions to Congress. The Media is a good place to expose the FAA because it exposes their illegal activity and Congress could act in behalf of that Employee.

In 2008 FAA was caught allowing airlines to fly aircraft that were not airworthy. FAA Inspectors went to Congress and exposed the FAA Management responsible. Within a year the DOT Secretary, Acting FAA Administrator, FAA Associate Administrator for Safety, the FAA AFS-1 Manager and the Dallas Division Manager all resigned , retired or was transfered. Congress had spoken!!

I have used this forum to expose the FAA Eastern Region Management for
their illegal activity against me. I will continue to do so until this waste of taxpayer dollars becomes a National Story that will get the attention of Congress.

    Thanks,

FAA Safety Inspectors are supposed to investigate and document problems in the field. The most serious incidents are runway incursions. That is where in this case, two aircraft almost hit each other on the runway. A Delta Airline flight was cleared for take off on runway 24 at Long Island MacArthur Airport.
I investigated and recorded the serious incident in the FAA Program Tracking and Reporting System(PTRS). Little did I know that this action would warrant a suspension against me by FAA Management. The incident could have killed 150 people. The two aircraft missed each other by only 50' feet.

    FAA PTRS REPORT (IOP-1)

FAA management was mad at me because I reported this incident and previously would not fail an applicant for a Chief Flight Instructor (Mr Patrick Maney) on his flight test. The FSDO Manager had it out for me now because I would not cooperate and do his bidding.

Other Inspectors at that time like Michael Dipaolo and Neil Gillissen of course did what they were told, whether or not it was legal.

One has to ask how many accidents and serious incidents went unreported by the FAA because of this culture within FAA management to cover up problems. I can say with first hand knowledge that it is a large number.

I spoke with a NEWSDAY reporter about the incident, since she called the office and inquired about the incident. (IOP-2)

I soon learned the reason that FAA Management was so upset with me. It seems that there was a campaign on to lower RUNWAY INCURSIONS. FAA was simply not reporting them!

There were politics at play in the FAA to look good in front of Congress. The Previous FAA management that was kicked out for lying to Congress and cooking the books on safety and not reporting accidents and incidents.

As I said, Congress controls the FAA and when the previous FAA Management challenged Congress over the 2008 Southwest Hearings, they got the boot! A must read is the Attached letter from Congress to the FAA Management. Let the Southwest incident be an example how FAA retaliates against it's employees for reporting safety issues. (IOP-3)

This is truly amazing. How much dishonesty and corruption is accepted within the management of the FAA? Are the Senate and the House members incapable of adequate oversight when the facts of fraud, falsification, retaliation for refusing to follow corrupt and possible criminal orders are placed in their own hands? What about the DOT-OIG? Specifically Mr. Scott Harding and even the Inspector General, Calvin Scovel.

When the FAA management lies under oath or in official documents and not one bit of concern is raised then who really is to blame? Well, let's see, we can start with the Administrator of the FAA, Michael Huerta, his Deputy Administrator Michael Whitaker, his Associate Administrator for Safety Peggy Gilligan (who very conveniently failed to address numerous hostile work environment complaints while head of that committee within the FAA), Deputy Associate Administrator for Aviation Safety John Hickey, Director Flight Standards John Duncan (Previously James Ballough), Deputy Director AFS-2P John Barbagallo, Deputy Director AFS-2F Michael J. Zenkovich. Some FSDO Management should be noted for their possible inclusion into this group. Reno FSDO Manager Becker, Reno FSDO Supervisor Jones, BHM FSDO Manager Silvertooth, BHM FSDO Supervisor Blount (Now located in Nashville FSDO), Farmingdale FSDO Manager Ron Hughes.

Then there are the Divisions that have obviously supported this conduct and lack of honesty. We can start with the Southern Region Division Manager
Thomas Winston, Deputy Division Manager Harry Nutter, Assistant Deputy Division Manager Augusto Casada. Eastern Region Division Manager
Lawrence Fields, Assistant Division Manager Ed Reinecker, Associate Division Manager Mike DiPaolo. Western Pacific Region Division Manager Nicholas Reyes, Assistant Division Manager Keith Ballenger, Associate Division Manager Kawehi Lum. But we shouldn't leave the Office Of Audit and Evalaution unmentioned as it has certainly earned a place amongst this galary of FAA's finest. AAE-1 Director of Office of Audit and Evaluation (AAE) Clay Foushee, Senior Technical Advisor Erika Vincent, Manager Audit and Analysis Staff/ Whistle Blower Protection Program (you will have to excuse me while I laugh hysterically) Douglas Peters, Acting Manager Intervention and Evaluation Staff Dan Williams, Manager Reporting and Data Analysis Staff Angelique Berry, Office Manager Edith Egypt and a host of "investigators".

There are certainly a number of others unmentioned but I would have to begin that list with the Attorneys and Legal Staff as well as Security who may have also had a part in the direction the FAA has taken.

When it is all said and done there must be a recognition of the obvious systemic failure of leadership and example that emanates from many within the FAA Management and Administration. Far too many to appropriately credit in this forum. I have been witness to actions of retaliation against whistleblowers, against employees that disclose waste fraud and abuse, targeted Aviation Operators who have been simply selected by an unscrupulous FSDO for their abuse. I have been on the receiving end of this malfeasance that has been condoned and perpetuated by the NTSB Administrative Law Judge system. An example of miscarriage of justice at its very finest, denial of due process and a simple forgone conclusion that you haven't got a chance in hell of prevailing in an appeal of action taken by an errant and untrustworthy FAA. You are shockingly "GUILTY" before you have had your day in court and you must now prove your innocence against a stacked and often very dishonest accusation. If there is another court in this wonderful country of ours, the United States Of America for our foreign friends, that has a rate of 97% guilty simply because they were charged by a Federal Agency that has become totally unaccountable for their own corruption I would simply ask that you post it here. Otherwise we must assume that the FAA as well as the NTSB-ALJ's that depend on their findings to be awarded additional time or extensions as an ALJ for the NTSB have developed a system that rests somewhere outside of justice. That is criminal and corrupt and needs to be halted.

And finally, the "Emergency Revocation" authority vested in the FAA must be halted and removed. It has been abused and used by the FAA to attack innocent airmen and operators to inflict as much financial and personal loss that can be accomplished. And that is even prior to an accused's day in court. Guilt before innocence before a trial and then a kangaroo court trial to attempt to convince the Administrative Law Judge, who has placed his fortunes in his "credibility" findings, that being accused by the FAA is in most cases a blatant act of corruption. Aviation regulatory enforcement in the U. S., under the NTSB-ALJ and the FAA (whose relationship is truly obscene) is in most cases a denial of due process, judicial misconduct, failure to comply with judicial guidelines and any attempt to prove one's innocence is a waste of time and energy. You are guilty because the FAA says so. That is what came from an ALJ directly to an accused. He even stated that the accused has a reason to lie because we all know the FAA wouldn't ever stoop to lying. Now that must be quoted again and again if you think you, as the accused, will ever receive a fair and impartial hearing in this venue.

The FAA won't address it. The NTSB won't address it. The DOT won't address it. Well Congress, that leaves you. I have often times in the past ended a comment with "What's it going to take". I am certain that it applies to your inaction in halting the systemic corruption, dishonesty and inept actions on the part of the FAA that certainly falls under your oversight responsibility. PLEASE!!!!!

Ed, when the airlines start having an increase in the accident rate, at least the media will know who to go see....

All the managers in the FAA have ignored major problems for a long time. The Emergency returns are way up and that is a sure sign that something is wrong.

What will happen next is any ones guess?

Color this link as gone to the appropriate recipients. I only hope that someone in that entire group will care about aviation safety and the potential loss of life due in part to a failed FAA to become involved in finding the truth. That might truly be too much to ask as one can only imagine what the personal costs might be as a result. Kind of like Nevada. Who is in whose pocket? Quite a few responsible people have been sent this link. The question now remains how responsible are they really. Having been on the receiving end of the "FAA Injustice" and directly exposed to the corruption within the system I have some very serious doubts that responses will be many.

Gone to over 100 recipients, some will return but time will tell if there is any interest in addressing the FAA corruption and inherent misconduct by responsible parties..

    David,
The really unfortunate part of this is that one would only be able to correct the mess if given the appropriate responsibility to fix things but more importantly and which will never ever happen, one must also be given the authority. And that, my friend, truly strikes fear into the hearts of the incorrigible inveterates that staff both agencies. I am sure that Rich and I could make a difference if allowed to roam freely amongst them. Bet on that.

All I could say is there is a lot more to post. The FAA bad guys do not know the power of social media.

My enemies believe they could lie and cover-up and say bad things about me and that I will go away. They do not know what they started, when Eastern Region Inspectors Dipaolo and Gillissen lied for their own personal gain. They only care about their pay checks and will do what ever to keep it coming in!

Whistleblowing has never been for the fainthearted .....believe me if this little story about FAA corruption ever becomes a national story, many FAA managers will have a lot of explaining to do. Unfortunately history has shown that blood must be spilled before government does anything! The innocent always pay the price

    Thanks all

And that is why the Federal Aviation Administration has the unenviable title of "The Tombstone Agency". Their responses all seem to be shaded in red.

Thanks David....to use an old phrase...."You ain't seen Nothin yet is appropriate here:cool:

One thing the guilty do not like is their name in lights and attention drawn to their little world of corruption..........

BTW...Associate Division Manager Michael Dipaolo has been connected by me to two crashes where 154 and 19 died. What ever happens I truly wonder how he feels knowing that his games of corruption and cover-up have allowed these many people perish because of something he did. No matter how small or how insignificant it maybe, he was connected to these tragedies.

When our government officials lie. cheat and steal to get ahead in their so called careers by hurting others, then they need to be stopped......

I have attached a signed statement by me, dated December 20,2011 to the NTSB about the Executive Airlines and the GOL 1907 accidents. I name DIPAOLO as a contributing factor in the GOL 1907 accident. The Executive Airline crash out of Farmingdale I name DIPAOLO as "covering up" failing to do proper surveillance on this operator under the FARMINGDALE FSDO jurisdiction. I had first hand knowledge about both these accidents

I have just finished reading your reports Richard, and I find the lack of actions by the FAA quite remarkable, its always the same old problem-money and the 'old pals act',all that I can say is that in the end I do hope that your struggle with these guys pay off and the end result is justice for you,you deserve it.

You know my friends, no matter how much evidence in the form of government documents, letters, statements and even the pictures themselves exposing the guilty party....it is ignored!

FAA just ignores it, the DOT can not do a thing and our Congressmen are powerless .......my question will always be...."What is it going to take"
