......It is all coming out now that there are severe problems with this airline and for some reason the FAA is not doing anything about it? Why? It seems that their is some kind of favoritism to do nothing about it. We all know the next thing that will happen is a few fatal accidents and then something will happen.

HOW CRAZY IS THIS. If this was any other airline there would be hell to pay!o_O

The "biggly one" needs to clean the "regulator's" house. It's time to name the "great pilot".

"Drain the Swamp" before the "big one" happens!!!

I know there has been "many" emergency returns. The airline is operating older aircraft. Unfortunately we have to wait for a fatal so the FAA can react!

I'm sure there was probably a 'turn your head' 'agreement' to Huerta. Remember he was appointed by Obozo and Hillary was supposed to win.

Wonder how the "regulator" is going to answer this letter?? Delay, deflect and deny?? We'll see what happens with the reauthorization too??

This is pretty powerful Russ......the FAA and the airline are now in the spot light. It seems the industry we have vowed to protect is coming apart at the seams....

I have personally seen FAA cover up before, but the Allegiant situation is insane and obvious that someone is covering up for this airline. The next step is the fatal accident.

I am contacted often by media for my opinion on situations like this. Tampa Bay Times talked with me a few times on what I thought about Alleigient and I gave them my opinion. It is amazing that there has not been a fatal crash here......AMAZING!!

As a former FAA Inspector I was forced out of the agency because I would not look the other way. I reported problems in the field. The FAA has been harassing me ever since. I have been out of the agency for 15 years. I was turned down for jobs in the industry and recently turned down for a designation. Why because I am a whistleblower and have exposed the FAA.

I have contacted President Trump and I hope something is done about the FAA and how they cover-up and hide problems from the public.

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>MORE<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
In this article Ed And I comment on Alleigient. It is a pretty good article because it shows how FAA former managers lobby the agency to hide problems. Take a read on this article how these former FAA managers earn their blood money.....!!!o_O

Russ read the article I just posted. Nicky has made money for years doing this. I wonder how many people he indirectly killed because he lobby's the boys in Washington.

...there are many others that have a hand with operators or special interest groups. This type of stuff should be outlawed!! Quid pro quo is alive and well. Right along with "Deep State"!! I was injured and disabled because of their empire building. They all got promoted or retired with full benefits. I will be lucky to retire with my remaining health.

"Drain the Swamp" and cut loose on the corrupt, empire building management!!

“U.S. airlines have safely transported more than five billion passengers, two thirds of the world’s population, over the past eight years without a life lost, and that is no coincidence,” the statement said. “It is as a result of an unprecedented collaboration between industry, labor and the FAA to share critical safety data.”

So air travel is safer because the FAA is "sharing data" with the airlines? No doubt that data is carefully filtered by those sharing it, to hide any real problems.

“To that end, the FAA has subjected Allegiant to the extensive oversight it exercises over all U.S. airlines.'

This is the scary part. If other airlines are scrutinized no more than Allegiant is, other problems are potentially growing under the FAA's watch.

"Take me up. Yep, looks good. Take me down."

“That is like a million red flags going up, and nobody doing anything,” said Richard Wyeroski, a former FAA inspector who turned whistleblower. “The FAA is reactive. They react after the accident. They don’t stop it.”

    Dead on, Richard.

(John Tutora) said his job consisted of managing how the company’s maintenance side reacted internally to requests and communications from the FAA. He added that Allegiant’s maintenance operations were as sound as any airline’s he had ever come into contact with.

    Dear God.

It truly is going to take a fatal accident to wake these people up. But for the skill of and quick recognition by the captain, they nearly got it in the incident in which the horizontal stabilizer jammed in the up position. Had that aircraft become airborne, it would have gone into an aerodynamic stall and crashed into one of the most populated sections of Las Vegas.

They all are bragging about no accidents since 2009. Yet the layers of safety have eroded.........It profits and money before safety.

ETOPS 330 twin jets........What could happen?
