    They don't have 'no fault' insurance there so it's like a chain reaction rear ender involving so many cars, in court. "My car hit the back of the car in front of me because the car who hit the back of mine pushed me into the car in front of me". So partly and in other words, the pax wouldn't have to sue Air Canada for damages if Air Canada wasn't flying them in a 'deficient' plane made by Airbus. :confused:
